Vinyasa & Ashtanga Flow
Dynamic, breath-led movement to wake the body — with Jessica and Fritz.
Can Tao is a sanctuary for practice, held in a traditional Ibicenco house surrounded by pine and red earth. We open our doors to teachers and practitioners who meet the mat with reverence — and return to it, week after week, to remember who we are beneath the noise.
Our weekly rhythm holds Hatha and Akasha yoga, Kundalini ceremony, functional breathwork, and the occasional cacao circle or sound journey — offerings designed to slow the body, open the breath, and quiet the mind.
Whether you are visiting the island for a season or rooted here year-round, we invite you to practice with us. No experience required — only willingness.

Meet the founder, Toshi, and her daughter, Magali Angela, who now teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, and Mat Pilates whenever she visits the island from Los Angeles.
Growing up immersed in yoga and holistic living, Magali Angela brings a warm, grounded, and energetic approach to her classes and is delighted to continue sharing her passion for movement and wellbeing at the studio.
